WHAT IS RAPID TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY (RTT)?
RTT is an award winning therapy developed by Marisa Peer over the last 30 years. It works by establishing the root cause of the problem, which you are not consciously aware of. Once the root cause of what really stops you from getting the change you want becomes clear, we work on correcting this so that it does not get in your way again.

WHAT IS COACHING?
​
Coaching is raising awareness to unlock your potential and maximize your performance and responsibility. Awareness is created through broadening perspectives and improving the focus of attention, which increases interest, insight and learning. Responsibility is generated by offering choice and setting up accountability, which increases confidence, self-motivation and commitment. Awareness and responsibility are both states of mind, and the mind is key to high performance.

DOES WORKING VIRTUALLY GET THE SAME RESULTS AS A FACE TO FACE SESSION?
​
Yes, absolutely RTT and coaching are as effective online as in person. The only difference is that you will be having your session in the comfort of your own home rather than having to travel to an office or consulting room.

HOW MANY SESSIONS SHOULD I EXPECT TO HAVE?
​
This depends on you, the issue you want to solve and which package you decide to enroll onto. HOW LONG WILL A SESSION LAST?

RTT sessions can last up to 1.5 -2.5 hoursCoaching sessions can last up to 1 hour

DO I HAVE TO DO ANY FOLLOW UP WORK AFTER A SESSION?
​
After your RTT session you will be given a recording that you will need to listen to for a minimum of 21 days, to lock in the changes made and this is a vital part of the change process.After your coaching session you will be given tasks to complete to move you towards your desired goal/outcome.

I’VE TRIED HYPNOSIS BEFORE HOW IS RTT DIFFERENT?
​
Traditional hypnosis focuses on the presenting issue, for example lack of confidence. RTT will get to the root cause of how you first developed a lack of confidence to free you from that limiting belief.

WHAT IF I CAN’T BE HYPNOTISED?
​
Hypnosis is a natural state and some people take a bit longer to get into that state. I am skilled in working with different clients and I can support you through the process.People go into a hypnotic state every day, for example when someone is talking, and you are daydreaming and miss what they have just said or when you drive towards work on your day off without even realising. All of this is you being in a hypnotic or trance state.

I’VE HAD COACHING AND THERAPY BEFORE – WILL THIS WORK?
​
RTT gets to the root cause of what has been holding you back. This is how it is different to other therapies and by doing this RTT will often succeed where other therapies have not. Understanding is powerful in transforming beliefs and behaviours. The true understanding happens when we go beyond our conscious thoughts. If you really knew what the problem was you wouldn’t be here, right?

WHAT IF IT DOES NOT WORK?
​
There is not any medication, therapy or coaching that works for 100% of people 100% of the time. What I can say with confidence is that RTT works for most people, most of the time. This together with coaching can really accelerate your progress.
